A 50:50 Raffle is one in which 50% of the proceeds of Total Raffle Ticket Sales go to the organization (in this case, the MCS PA Scholarship Fund) and 50% of the proceeds are distributed as cash prizes. Yes, that’s right, CASH prizes!
The 2018 WB 50:50 raffle will consist of three (3) prizes valued at the following:
A total of 2,000 tickets will be available for sale. If all the raffle tickets are sold, prizes will be approximately $16,000, $2,000 and $2,000 (less applicable taxes and fees).
2,000 tickets will be printed and priced at $20 each
Each ticket has 2 halves:
Return the Completed Halves, Any Unsold Tickets, and a CHECK for your payment in an envelope to MCS

Montclare Families can purchase tickets for themselves or for others. Montclare Families can sell tickets to friends and family. Each family should have tickets in hand before the Winter holidays, so don’t be shy about asking Grandma, Grandpa, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, neighbors!
The Raffle is open to all Montclare Family, Friends, Faculty, Staff & Administrators. Consider buying a ticket for teachers, staff, etc. Everyone can play and win! The winner need not be present at the time of the live drawing to win.
Tickets will be sold from early December until Thursday, January 25, 2018 (the day before the Winter Benefit) or until all 2,000 tickets are sold (whichever comes first).
A LIVE drawing will be held at the end of the Winter Benefit Live Auction on Friday, January 26, 2018. Cate Smit, 3rd Party Auctioneer will draw the winners in front of the Winter Benefit Audience. The Montclare Children’s Association PA will issue a gross check to each of the winners (less licensing fees) by February 23, 2018. Winners are responsible for all taxes.
Raffles are fun and exciting ways to add big prizes and a game of chance to the event. Raffles have proven successful in past events to generate excitement and engage all families, not just the ones who want to bid in an auction. Raffles allow MCS to maximize revenue by expanding the sales beyond MCS families to extended family and friends.
